A weekly summary of events and resources for music managers.

 

We hosted a 2-in-1 Brand Partnerships & Accelerator Programme event. It was a great evening, and thanks to Gary Cohen from Simpatico for putting together such a compelling presentation.

MMF Professional Development Director, Paul Bonham, hosted a management workshop at Leicester Music Conference. Thanks to everyone who came along, it was a fun session.

 

We partnered up with YouTube Music for the first instalment of our Insight Series. This session covered ‘Shorts Best Practices‘, it was a super interesting watch. The next session, ‘Understanding Monetization‘, is on next Tuesday, 27th February at 11am.

The BBC is consulting on proposals to add a new set of music stations to the BBC Radio portfolio. The music stations – extensions to BBC Radio 1, BBC Radio 2 and BBC Radio 3 – will look to delve deeper into specific genres and periods of music with context, curation and storytelling.
