PRS Consultation

You will no doubt have heard about the PRS consultation about the UK live performance tariff.

The major issues are the rate and perhaps more importantly what the rate is calculated on i.e. with festivals shows that could mean secondary sales, food and beverage income, sponsorship etc be included in income.
