How long have you worked in Management?
12 years

Who do you manage now?
Nia Archives, Jakwob, CLIPZ, Redlight, Cheetah, Saidah

Where did you find your first client and what inspired you to take them on?
It was Alt-J when they were called FILMS. I booked them to play at The Good Ship in Kilburn and the briefly managed them for about a month before I got fired hehe.

What does a good/bad day at work look like for you?
On a good day we’re in the pub by 7pm on a bad day we’ve still got 300 emails to get through at 11pm.

What has been the highlight of your management career to date?
Working with my friends.

What do you think are the big challenges for a manager in 2025?
Saying no when you wanna say yes.

What music are you currently listening to?
Our 40 Miles office playlist which is pretty balearic at the moment.

Why would you recommend the MMF?
