Attend the ILMC32!

15 January 2020

ILMC32 Small

The International Live Music Conference (ILMC) takes place from 3-6 March 2020, and the forthcoming edition is expanding into a second hotel, increasing the amount of panels and workshops, and the number of delegates.

ILMC is an invitation-only event for the top promoters, agents, festivals, venues – and of course managers – from across the global live music business. And there are three different ways that MMF members can get involved, including the annual Bursary Scheme that offers a complimentary place:

1.     Register as a full delegate

ILMC boasts a packed three-day schedule of networking, discussions and events, attended by over 1,200 of the world’s leading touring and festival professionals.

Details of conference sessions will be announced over the coming weeks, but discussion topics will include artist fees, ticketing, exclusivity radiuses, external investment in the business, new technology, merchandise, health & wellbeing, and working with the Insta-generation.

2.     The ILMC Bursary Scheme

For the sixth year running, MMF has secured a guaranteed complimentary ILMC delegate place through the Alia Dann Swift Bursary Scheme. The bursary scheme is available for a small number of young professionals and start-up companies and is intended to provide a route for those who would otherwise not be able to attend, to participate in ILMC for the first time.

3.       Futures Forum @ ILMC

Futures Forum brings the individuals that currently define the business together with those who will drive its evolution. The event takes place as the final day of ILMC on Friday 6 March, with young professionals (suggested aged 30 and under) able to take advantage of a heavily subsidised ticket price.

The day mixes practical workshops, careers advice, mentoring sessions with industry leaders from around the world, panels, and TED-style presentations on the latest trends and ideas. MMF members can skip the nomination process, and register to attend directly. More information is on the website here

For all of the above, feel free to call the ILMC team with any questions on +44 (0)20 743 0301, or email registration@ilmc.com
