The Artist and Manager Awards 2014 Sponsored by Spotify: Robbie Williams Guest of Honour

11 March 2014

We are pleased to announce that Robbie Williams will be in attendance as Guest of Honour at this year’s Artist and Manager Awards, sponsored by Spotify,  to receive the Artists’ Artist Award for his outstanding creative output, innovative business models and his support for artist rights.

Featured Artist Coalition co-chair Sandie Shaw said “The FAC is counting the days until we can welcome Robbie to our awards show and honour a true British talent who has supported the FAC since its inception”.

Robbie Williams is managed by David Enthoven, Josie Cliff and Tim Clark  at I.E.Music. Tim and David have previously been recipients of the Peter Grant Award for services to artist management. This year’s recipient of that award will be announced shortly.

Spotify have extended their sponsorship of the awards and will again be presenting the Spotify Artist Grant to a deserving unsigned act who will be revealed on the night.

Mark Williamson, Director of Artist Services at Spotify, said, “We’re proud to be sponsoring the Artist and Manager Awards again this year. It’s a great opportunity to recognise not only the success of some great artists, but also the managers who work so hard behind the scenes to help achieve that success, as well as to give a new band a great start to their career with  the Spotify Artist Grant.

Tickets for the awards are available at http://amawards.org.
