Our 2025 Student Trailblazer Award goes to…

18 December 2025

The MMF is delighted to announce Ellie Nemeth, a former student at the University of West London, as our 2025 Student Trailblazer.

We are pleased to announce the winner of this year’s Student Trailblazer Award is Ellie Nemeth.

Ellie stands out as the strongest Trailblazer candidate due to her exceptional initiative and real-world impact. She completed an internship at Tribe MGMT with outstanding feedback, supported Danny Angove at Red Light with ad hoc management tasks, and manages her own artist, Eva Brighty. Additionally, Ellie ran 40 gigs in a single year, demonstrating operational excellence, entrepreneurial drive, and commitment to the live ecosystem.

Launched in 2021, the Student Trailblazer Award is a key component of the MMF’s Educational Associate programme and recognises students who have demonstrated a proven enterprise and enthusiasm for music management in the past twelve months. Trailblazer recipients receive a selection of exclusive opportunities and benefits, including free access to our highly regarded Essentials of Music Management and Essentials of Live & Touring courses.

Paul Bonham, Professional Development Director at the MMF said:

“All of us at MMF would like to congratulate Ellie on her Trailblazer Award and the hard work she has already demonstrated through internships, as well as building her industry connections and client base. The Trailblazer Award recognises outstanding, industry-ready students, and we look forward to seeing the many successes Ellie is sure to achieve. This award also recognises that the long-term commitment the University of West London has made into building meaningful industry connections and experiences for their students really pays of in the graduates we are seeing”
